How it works
You have 7 days from payment confirmation to request a refund. No need to explain why.
Just write to hello@casaprotegida.app using the same email as the purchase and ask for the refund.
Refund time
We confirm the request within 2 business days. The amount returns through the same payment method used, following your bank or card issuer's timeline.
If your provider's Wi-Fi doesn't allow it
If your provider's Wi-Fi device doesn't allow the change, we show the device-by-device path. And if nothing works for your home, you get your money back.
